The Bistro
Strictly following the philosophy of seasonality of raw materials, we place Nature at the center of our bistro.
Our menu offers about 12 courses that are renewed every month to make room for new seasonal ingredients. From fruit and vegetables to fish, we carefully select the products that best enhance what nature has to offer.
Likewise, the protagonists of our wine list are the winemakers who embrace the philosophy of natural wine, an expression of love and respect for the land.
